1. About Us
The Graceful Rituals Company Ltd. (“we”, “us” or “our”) is a company registered in England and Wales under the registered name The Graceful Rituals Company Ltd, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden , London, WC2H 9JQ. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and any purchases made through it. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Our Products
We offer food supplements, cosmetic skincare products, wellness tools and ritual goods, and digital resources including courses and downloadable materials. We take reasonable care to ensure that all descriptions, images and pricing information are accurate. However, minor variations in colour, packaging or formulation may occur. All products are subject to availability.
3. Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase goods or digital content from us. A legally binding contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of physical goods or provide access to digital content. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where there has been a pricing error, stock issue, payment authorisation failure or where fraudulent activity is suspected. If payment has already been taken, it will be refunded.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time prior to contract formation. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched or digital access granted. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by their jurisdiction.
5. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. You are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate. If goods arrive damaged or incomplete, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Cancellation and Returns
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK consumers have the right to cancel most physical goods within 14 days of receiving them. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within the cancellation period and return the goods unused, unopened and in their original condition. You are responsible for return postage unless the goods are faulty.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements, unsealed skincare products, personalised items, or digital content once access has begun. These exclusions do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer law, including the 30-day short-term right to reject.
7. Digital Content
Digital courses, downloads and resources are supplied for personal, non-commercial use only. All intellectual property rights remain with The Graceful Rituals Company Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or resell any digital content. Where you request immediate access to digital products, you acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right
8. Supplements
Our ingestible products are classified as food supplements under UK law and are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. You must not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. We do not make medicinal claims, and all labelling complies with applicable UK food supplement regulations.

9. Skincare and Cosmetic Products
Our skincare products are cosmetic products regulated under the UK Cosmetics Regulation (retained EU Regulation 1223/2009). Each product undergoes a safety assessment and is supported by a Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR). Ingredients are listed using recognised INCI terminology. Before using any skincare product, you should conduct a patch test and discontinue use if irritation occurs. We are not responsible for reactions arising from failure to follow instructions or from known allergies to disclosed ingredients.
10. Wellness and Educational Disclaimer
The content provided through our website and digital resources is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, mental health therapy, or professional healthcare guidance. Participation in any course or practice is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion. Individual outcomes will vary.
11. Intellectual Property

12. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of business or loss of profit arising from the use of our website or products. We are not responsible for allergic reactions where ingredients are clearly disclosed or for misuse of products contrary to instructions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot legally be excluded.
